One 4 pound pork (loin roast)
4 garlic cloves peeled
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
Grated zest of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
2 slices of bread
Leaving behind pork, grind the rest of ingredients using your favourite food chopper until it becomes an paste.
With sharp knife, make deep cuts onto the pork and brush the paste inside each slit and brush the rest outside.
Now tie the pork to rotisserie rod as per instructions and start grilling until thermometer shows 160 degree, approx 20 minutes per pound.
Once roast is done, slice the pork roast into thin slices.
Butter the bread slices.
Add the pork roast slices with your favorite veggies between the bread slices.
Toast it and get ready for the feast.
