One 4 pound pork (loin roast)

4 garlic cloves peeled

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves

Grated zest of 2 lemons

1 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon butter

2 slices of bread


  • Leaving behind pork, grind the rest of ingredients using your favourite food chopper until it becomes an paste.

  • With sharp knife, make deep cuts onto the pork and brush the paste inside each slit and brush the rest outside.

  • Now tie the pork to rotisserie rod as per instructions and start grilling until thermometer shows 160 degree, approx 20 minutes per pound.

  • Once roast is done, slice the pork roast into thin slices.

  • Butter the bread slices.

  • Add the pork roast slices with your favorite veggies between the bread slices.

  • Toast it and get ready for the feast.
